Home Ingredients Are--
1). Milk (1 Liter)
2). Lemon (1 Pc)
3). Sugar (4 Cup)
4). Sooji (½ Cup)
5). Water (1 Bottle)
First boil the milk. Cut four pieces of lemon. When boiled keep it on a pot and use a lemon to give into the boiled milk.
Look at the boiled milk quickly & transfer the Chana.
Clean this Chana from lemon's smell and also clean lemon water from the chana.
Release all the order from chana by using a net or any clean cotton. Keep this clean Chana sometimes in the air for dryness on a big dish.
After 2-3 minutes later add 2 cups of sugar into the puppies and mixing very well that there cannot be any single particle of sugar. (Please watch my YouTube video).
Mixing of sugar is a very vital point to make a rasagolla. First watch the video so that you know how to mix the sugar with Chana.
After mixing sugar to Chana you can mix suji and also follow the style of mixing which you watched in YouTube video.
After mixing sugar and suji look this Chana are looking very fine and soft. This Chana are now ready to make rasgolla by cutting into small sizes. Now you should make the Chana into small pieces to make the Rosogolla' sizes. Make sure that all the shapes are same and one thing you should keep in mind that all the Chana will be increased when boiling into the sugar juice so please keep small sizes.
Now your Chana are ready to boil in sugar juice.
Now in another pot, give water and sugar measued in two cups and also pour one litre of drinking water to make a sugar syrup and boil the water properly to melt all the sugar particle into syrup.
And this solution is a rasgulla juice or sugar juice. When all the sugar particles are melted into the water and the water also boiled properly.
Now put the Rosogolla into the boiled sugar syrup and boil properly around 8 to 10 minutes, remind that these Chana will be increased in size when boiling in sugar syrup.
After 10 minutes cool the sugar syrup for 30 minutes otherwise the shape of the Rasgolla will be broken.
