PCOD/PCOD (POLYCYSTIC OVERIAN SYNDROME or Desease)

In the world of 21st century, a major physical disorder of a woman or a girl is Overiyan Cyst or odd commonly known as PCOD or PCOS. This is you can say, the mother source of physical and psychological problems among the girls. In the 18th or 19th century when girls were busy in house work, this problem was not as common as today, you believe it or not. But I am not accusing and this is nothing to do with gender or equality issue. But imagine when a woman is sitting on the chair and doing their job in corporate sector they are not as physically active as they are when they are doing job in the fields or the farms. Ar the age of 12th and 13th, a hormonal change is going on there in the body of a female, and they are busy with their study and there are some other elements of sports that kept busy their muscles to be physically acti...

How to germinate Indoor Lotus Plant Fromm Seeds

Firstly, you've to buy some lotus seeds or pluck some seeds from Lotus frower. Then prepare the pot. Put the seeds then in a glass jar of full of water. While doing this some seeds will be floating in the upper level of water, recognise them as ineligible for germination & side them afar. The other seeds which will stay at the bottom of the jar is surely eligible for germination process. Thus you can differentiate the seeds. The eligible seeds has to have two dotts in one side & one dot in another. Then the one dotted side has to scrub in sand paper untill the black cover will break. But be careful, Don't scrub or louch the two dotted side, be sure that thisside is safe. Then while scrub notice that a white thing will appear scrub it a little bit then put all the seeds in the water jar and make sure the jar is transparent so that sunlight can come. Fix a time to change the jarred water every day, it'll be better to do it in the morning everyday untill se...
