My Experience with PCOD

The first sign was seen when I was in 9th  standard and I've lost many period for 1 months and having heavy pain in my stomach. When I was diagnosed with PCOD I visited some allopathic doctor for some instant health recovery and they give some hormonal medicine to regulate my period or menstruation cycle but it was not good for long term tissue and it can affect you badly in the long term. It can even be the cause of infertility.

Symptoms:

First there was no sign at all except missing my monthly cycle.

Then when i continued taking hormonal pill I saw lots of problems, like having facial hair, my face's skin is full of tiny bumps and black spots, excessive hair fall, extreme mood disorder or swinging, my height was not increased since then and I was gaining weight like anything, my total body shape was changed and i was feeling very low in the core of my heart 😖, my heart was very weak, my legs and waist was badly hurting everytime I've a walk, when i used to get periods after 5-6 months of missing, my lower stomach (ovary erea) and my forehead hurts like a living hell. Yes, one desease can cost you like these also, and it is none other than PCOD.

Phases of treatment:

When first time I visited doctor he told me to do ultrasonography, because he guessed some desease, then a small cyst was found in my left ovary which was bulky in nature. Then, he said he will give me medicine and I've to continue it for long time. He also suggested my father to give my marrriage some earlier otherwise there will be problem having baby, he said it to.

I continued to consume the alopathic pills and couldn't continue for long. Then I missed 3 months of period, and i visited a new doctor and again started taking hormonal pills to regulate my period every month, after 3 years having continued like this I finally gave up in alopathy and started thinking about Homeopathy and Yoga, they my best friend suggested me to visit his homeopathic doctors, who nearly cured his genetic deseases like having suffocation while catching cold.
Then I visited the doctor he gave me my medicine and I'm continuing that, and let's hope for the best.

I even contacted a Yoga teacher near me, my upcoming yoga programme will be in next month probably.

My Suggestions:

I'll advise you to contact your doctor as soon as possible when you know you're diagnosed with this, and start taking homeopathic medicine ( I can suggest some name if you want, comment for it) and start doing Surya Kriya and Bhutasuddhi for it, that's all.

So, this was my experience with PCOD, I'm still having my homeopathic medicine and yogasanas going on, and some healthy diet is there that's all, don't forget to share your experience with PCOD, i would like to know how you're dealing with it, thank you, comment below and also share this with friends and family, like this, God bless.

Living with PCOS/PCOD

Twentieth century, where we need everything. It is “Now and not Later”, patience is at the bar. We prefer food cooked in 2 mins, pizzas delivered to us within 30mins. You would think about how this affects one’s body at large, but the fact is, it does. Earlier people had a satisfied and stress-free, easy-going life, at odds we are born to live and love stress, and this is where all starts from. Earlier student life was learning to live, now it is a competition to survive, earlier people used to work for food, barter system was in the role. We all know what we do today isn’t it?   The stressful schedules, lack of time for self, and diet patterns could lead to the functioning of our body; these are the conditions where hormonal imbalance comes into action. We are introduced to much hormonal imbalance, somewhere in the age of teens, to early 20s to mid-30s, and so on. The causes are unknown; however, it is increasing too many in 100s. Whenever we notice some changes in our body,...

How to germinate Indoor Lotus Plant Fromm Seeds

Firstly, you've to buy some lotus seeds or pluck some seeds from Lotus frower. Then prepare the pot. Put the seeds then in a glass jar of full of water. While doing this some seeds will be floating in the upper level of water, recognise them as ineligible for germination & side them afar. The other seeds which will stay at the bottom of the jar is surely eligible for germination process. Thus you can differentiate the seeds. The eligible seeds has to have two dotts in one side & one dot in another. Then the one dotted side has to scrub in sand paper untill the black cover will break. But be careful, Don't scrub or louch the two dotted side, be sure that thisside is safe. Then while scrub notice that a white thing will appear scrub it a little bit then put all the seeds in the water jar and make sure the jar is transparent so that sunlight can come. Fix a time to change the jarred water every day, it'll be better to do it in the morning everyday untill se...
