Be a Plant Owner:

Obviously plants do not require the same amount of attention as pets or human children. You don’t need to take them for walks or feed them three times a day or play with dolls after dinner. But you do need to learn to be mindful of their needs and carve some time out of your week to devote to their care. Making plant care a part of your weekly routine is the best way to make sure it happens consistently. It might only take five minutes on Sunday mornings, but you still need to do it, every single Sunday, or you will not have a plant for very long.Obviously plants do not require the same amount of attention as pets or human children. Set A Better Budget:

If there's one New Year's resolution that will help you the most in the long run, it's making a vow to save more money. Before you head back to the office, outline a budget that works for you — and make a plan for how you'll stick to it.Apps like Mint and You Need a Budget (YNAB) & Money Manager Expense & Budget you do this as painlessly as possible. And you also can invest in Mutual Funds(For India)/(For Other Countries).

Read more books:

Keep yourself accountable to this New Year's resolution by opening a Goodreads account and reviewing each book you read. By next year, you'll have a clear snapshot of how well you accomplished this goal. Some book recommendations are: Atomic Habits , Inner Engineering-A Yogi's Guide to Joy , Igikai-Japanese Secret for Long & Happy Life , Agatha Christie's Best Three Books And many more.

Create a cleaning schedule you'll stick to:

Keeping your home tidy without doing what feels like a deep clean every week can feel like a big ask. It's true that you may be under cleaning some tricky spots, but it's also true that you may be overdoing it elsewhere.Keep your kitchen & bathroom more clear than ever. And take COVID-19 precautions in proper way, so that you won't have to repay later.

Create a printable checklist of the schedule.

Eat Healthy Meal:

According to WHO, A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against many chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for healthy diet.

Staples like cereals (wheat, barley, rye, maize or rice) or starchy tubers or roots (potato, yam, taro or cassava).
Legumes (lentils and beans).
Fruit and vegetables.
Foods from animal sources (meat, fish, eggs and milk).

Quit Alcohol, Coffee & Smoking:

Smoking
You already know, over time, excessive alcohol use can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious problems including: High blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, and colon. Be honest with yourself for a moment: Do you often drink or smoke? If so, you’re probably aware that both of these habits come with a multitude of potentially negative health consequences, including elevated risks of certain cancers. However, one thing you may not be aware of is that drinking and smoking can also negatively affect your blood pressure and cholesterol. Drinking Coffee can harm you also.

Take the Stairs:

Take 10 minutes, to run up the stairs in your office or home. A published study in the journal Physiology & Behavior found that tired women who climbed stairs for 10 minutes got a bigger energy boost than those who had the caffeine equivalent of a can of soda or half a cup of coffee (and burned calories too!).

Plan a vacation ...

... when it feels safe to do so. Women who vacation at least twice a year have a lower heart attack risk than those do so rarely. And researchers have found that even thinking about an upcoming trip can boost happiness for months.

Start Doing Yoga With Your Partner:

A Sunday morning couples' class could make Sunday afternoon much more fun. Experts believe partner yoga helps couples get more comfortable with each other's bodies, a boon for better sex. Solo yoga can increase enjoyment as well, affecting arousal, desire, and satisfaction — the practice helps relax your mind and strengthen pelvic muscles.

Sanitize Your Phone Weekly:

Like, now! In this situation, We check our phones a gazillion times a day, and if you've taken yours into the ladies' room, you're not the only one. But that means phones carry about 10 times as much bacteria as most toilet seats, says Charles Gerba, Ph.D., a microbiologist and professor at the University of Arizona, Tucson. The GH Cleaning Lab likes Lysol Disinfectant Wipes, which kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

Wishing good luck for you
