Firstly, you've to buy some lotus seeds or pluck some seeds from Lotus frower. Then prepare the pot. Put the seeds then in a glass jar of full of water. While doing this some seeds will be floating in the upper level of water, recognise them as ineligible for germination & side them afar. The other seeds which will stay at the bottom of the jar is surely eligible for germination process. Thus you can differentiate the seeds. The eligible seeds has to have two dotts in one side & one dot in another. Then the one dotted side has to scrub in sand paper untill the black cover will break. But be careful, Don't scrub or louch the two dotted side, be sure that thisside is safe. Then while scrub notice that a white thing will appear scrub it a little bit then put all the seeds in the water jar and make sure the jar is transparent so that sunlight can come.
